The CS Sharpener is a great addition to the Lansky sharpening system or any other knife sharpener kit. Renowned for its versatility, it caters to both regular and serrated blades, ensuring precise knife sharpening. Equipped with an 800-grit ceramic component, this knife sharpener stands out in its category. It features a special grooved surface for sharpening fine serrations. To hone serrated edges, align the sharpener’s edge with the serration and employ a sweeping, rocking motion for each serration. For fine serrations, push them into the grooved surface and push the blade along to the end. For plain edges, glide the blade across the sharpening stone, repeating on both sides until the desired sharpness is achieved. When the ceramic accumulates metal residues, it’s time for cleaning, and it’s recommended you take the Lansky Eraser Block (LERAS) from your Lansky knife sharpener kit or household cleaner to scrub it clean.
